About the Film
1978, in the depths of the AI winter. Henry is offered the chance to create what could become the world’s first modern AI assistant—a breakthrough that could transform his career. But his friend and company secretary, Daisy, challenges him to consider what kind of future he is helping to create. As she forces him to imagine the world his invention could make possible, Henry begins to question whether advancing his career is worth the consequences that may follow. Just because we can do something, does that mean we should?
