About the Film
Set in Ojai, California—the “Valley of the Moon”—Valley of the Moonbread follows a baker and her family who gathers moon-charged water under the full moon and uses it the next morning to bake bread for her community. The film is a quiet reflection on ritual, intention, and the beauty of everyday nourishment for her community.
