An orphaned otter, Bubble, lives with three mossy stones and thinks of them as her family. Although she imagines them as real otters, Bubble gradually recognizes their true nature and must face her loneliness. A bittersweet animation that uses Bubble’s story to illustrate the fundamental loneliness of conscious awareness and the importance of making peace with solitude.
