For Akram, a grown woman with a developmental disability, living with her ambitious sister and her chauvinistic brother isn’t easy. After the brother suffers a fatal injury, Akram and her sister conceal his death with a series of elaborate lies. Then Akram begins seeing her brother in unexpected places, threatening her tenuous hold on reality.
