Three Indigenous women hold knowledge of the sacred Cedar tree, passed down from their grandmothers and mothers. Tree of Life reveals a myriad of ways in which the women use the Cedar, from garments to homes to a burial material for those who have passed on. Cedar is inextricably linked to all aspects of life for these Salish women and their community.
