Teenager Charlie is wise beyond her years. She has to be. With a drug-addicted mother fresh out of prison and an absentee father, it’s up to Charlie to care for her younger siblings. Things come to a head when Charlie’s mother sets up a meth lab in their home. Lacking resources and options, Charlie is forced to make difficult choices.
