A rural rancher struggles against poverty and isolation as he cares for his terminally ill husband. Things go from bad to worse when his deeply religious sister-in-law arrives at the ranch and asks her brother to move in with her. Facing separation from his husband, the rancher must make a heart-breaking choice to preserve the dignity of his marriage.
