When Christy and John Walton donate their former home and garden to a local nonprofit, they have one condition. The organization must use the donation to benefit the residents of National City, CA. Years later what started as a seven-week course on nutrition has become a Latina-led movement to provide healthy meals in one of California’s notorious food deserts.
