A man with strict religious principles follows an iron-clad rule when it comes to smuggling. He only transports men across the Iran-Turkey border. During one clandestine mission, the smuggler discovers one of the three Iranian boys in the caravan is an intersex youth. The discovery provokes a moral dilemma with far-reaching implications for the entire group.
