A shoe-shiner gets more than he bargained for when a mysterious client walks into his shop. As the shiner works on the man’s white, patent-leather shoes, he realizes his customer might be implicated in a murder. Things go from bad to worse when the shiner’s anxiety gets the better of him, and gives a suspected killer the perfect cover-up.
