During Yarne, Buddhist monks sequester themselves in their monastery for six weeks of focused study. For Sonam, a child monk, the forced retreat is more like house arrest. Determined to make the best of a bad situation, Sonam decides to save every rupee he earns during Yarne to buy a soccer ball, but first, he will need to stand up to his nemesis, Tashi.
