In 2019 spring flooding along the Mississippi was projected to hit record highs. Barring an unexpected turn of events, local authorities are forced to open the floodgates of the Morganza Spillway to save New-Orleans and Bâton-Rouge from further uncontrolled flooding. In Pierre-Part, Louisiana, long-time residents prepare for the worst using the only weapons they have left.
