Three impoverished children strive to become professional musicians in a country on the verge of collapse. Unable to continue their studies, the students leave the Las Brisas orchestra to face an uncertain future. Through their struggle to get their basic needs met while pursuing musical training, this documentary poses hard questions about the role of art in a failed state.
