As young children, Atieh and Kami are neighbors united by the close friendship between their two fathers. After Atieh’s father dies, they are separated, only to reunite years later as teens. As Atieh and Kami begin to fall for each other, family plans and old secrets threaten to tear them apart in this beautifully photographed film about class conflict and young love.
