The 2025 Ojai Film Festival Officially Announced
The Ojai Film Festival proudly returns for its 26th year, bringing world cinema, community spirit, and unforgettable stories to the Ojai Valley. Running from November 6–16, 2025, this year’s festival will showcase 108 films from around the world, spanning narrative features, documentaries, shorts, and animated works.
Audiences will be treated to screenings at two of Ojai’s premier venues: the Ojai Art Center Theater and the Gold Coast Theater. Both locations will serve as the creative heart of the festival, offering a blend of intimate community screenings and large-scale premieres.
Highlights of this year’s lineup include the heartfelt American feature Unexpected Treasures, screening on Saturday, November 8 at 7:00 PM at the Ojai Art Center; the timely documentary Anita, Lost in the News, showing on Friday, November 7 at 4:00 PM; and international standouts like The Last Dive (Sunday, November 9 at 2:00 PM at the Gold Coast Theater) and Aegean (Saturday, November 8 at 5:30 PM at the Gold Coast).
In addition to screenings, the festival will feature filmmaker Q&As, panel discussions, and community events designed to foster conversation and connection between artists and audiences. From local legends to global voices, the 2025 program reflects the festival’s mission to inspire creativity and encourage cultural exchange.
